Services and Support

Tracked Carriers are pleased to offer two levels of extended aftercare for our customers in the UK.

Our Total Care and Total Support packages provide options to keep your Tracked Carrier inspected, maintained, and even warranted for life, making ownership even easier and protecting you from unexpected bills.

Tracked Carriers will arrange to either visit your premises, site or have the machine collected at mutually agreed times and within normal working hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00) to carry out the annual inspection and maintenance of the machine. The machine must be made accessible and available in a safe area for our personnel to carry out the servicing and maintenance.

Inspections and Maintenance
In accordance with the operators manual, annual inspections are generally adequate providing the machine has not been subjected to harsh environments, misuse or neglect, and no more than 100 hours are worked between inspections. Note, only working hours are recorded i.e. time spent driving/operating. Consumables such as grease and lubricants are included with Total Care and Total Support, as well as firmware updates (if required), fault clearing and modifying settings. Any items found to be worn or broken during the inspection will be listed as requiring replacement, if covered by warranty they will be replaced or scheduled for replacement as soon as possible.
Extended Warranty
Warranty will be continually extended so long as the Total Support package is in place, payments have not been missed, there are no signs of damage, neglect or abuse, and any previously advised replacements or repairs have been carried out. The following items are excluded from the extended warranty: batteries, tracks, wheels, bearings, fuses, contactor tips, O-rings, decals, accessories.
Breakdowns
If your machine develops a fault, you must report it to us immediately when we will offer assistance and attempt to diagnose the problem before arranging a site visit. If repairs are deemed necessary, we will arrange to either visit your premises, site or have the machine collected at mutually agreed times and within normal working hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00) to carry out the repair of the machine. The machine must be made accessible and available in a safe area for our personnel to carry out the repair work.
Liability
No repairs shall be covered that are deemed to have been caused by abuse, neglect, non-approved modifications, vandalism, non-standard parts or overloading. Tracked Carriers Ltd shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, or any loss of profit, anticipated savings or any economic loss.
Termination
Tracked Carriers may terminate any agreement when payment has not been received, the equipment is seen to be misused or neglected repeatedly, or when the terms of these conditions have been breached.
